A SALES AND USE TAX AT A RATE NOT TO EXCEED 2% IN THE DISTRICT
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes a sales and use tax of up to 2% in the district.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize the district sales and use tax.
