THE ISSUANCE OF $7,821,807 BONDS FOR REFUNDING ROAD BONDS OF THE DISTRICT AND THE LEVY OF TAXES, WITHOUT LIMIT AS TO RATE OR AMOUNT, SUFFICIENT TO PAY THE PRINCIPAL OF AND INTEREST ON THE BONDS

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes the district to issue $7,821,807 in bonds for refunding the district's road bonds, repaid by taxes without limit as to rate or amount.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not authorize these bonds.
