THE ISSUANCE OF $10,191,630 BONDS FOR REFUNDING WATER, SANITARY SEWER, AND DRAINAGE AND STORM SEWER SYSTEMS BONDS OF THE DISTRICT AND THE LEVY OF TAXES, WITHOUT LIMIT AS TO RATE OR AMOUNT, SUFFICIENT TO PAY THE PRINCIPAL OF AND INTEREST ON THE BONDS
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes the district to issue $10,191,630 in bonds for refunding the district's water, sewer and drainage bonds, repaid by taxes without limit as to rate or amount.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize these bonds.
