THIS IS A TAX INCREASE "The issuance of $20,215,150 bonds for recreational facilities and for refunding recreational facilities bonds of the District, and the levy of taxes, without limit as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds"

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes the district to issue $20,215,150 in bonds for recreational facilities and refunding, repaid by taxes without limit as to rate or amount.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not authorize these bonds.
