THIS IS A TAX INCREASE "The issuance of $128,648,435 bonds for roads and for refunding road bonds of the District, and the levy of taxes, without limit as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds"
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes the district to issue $128,648,435 in bonds for roads and refunding, repaid by taxes without limit as to rate or amount.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize these bonds.
