"Shall the City Charter of the City of Live Oak be amended to allow for the filling of a vacancy on the City Council in accordance with state law?"
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote amends the charter to allow City Council vacancies to be filled in accordance with state law.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves the charter's vacancy provisions unchanged.
