"Shall the City Charter of the City of Live Oak be amended to remove the requirement that only elected members of the City Council (as opposed to any duty seated council member) may vote on the appointment or removal of the city manager?"

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote removes the charter requirement that only elected (rather than any duly seated) council members may vote to appoint or remove the city manager.

A “No” vote means

A no vote keeps that requirement.
