"Shall the City Charter of the City of Live Oak be amended to remove the requirement that the City of Live Oak annually prepare, adopt, and implement a City Development Five-Year Plan."
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote removes the charter requirement that the city annually prepare, adopt and implement a City Development Five-Year Plan.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps that requirement.
