"THIS IS A TAX INCREASE; the issuance of $540,000,000 bonds for refunding water, wastewater, and drainage system facilities bonds and parks and recreational facilities bonds (including refunding bonds issued therefor) issued pursuant to Section 59, Article XVI of the Texas Constitution, and the levy of taxes sufficient to pay principal of and interest on the bonds."

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes the district to issue $540,000,000 in bonds for refunding its water, wastewater, drainage and park bonds, and taxes to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not authorize these bonds.
