THIS IS A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE "The issuance of not to exceed $764,745,000 of Northside Independent School District school building bonds for the purposes of designing, constructing, renovating, improving, upgrading, updating, acquiring, and equipping school facilities in the District, the purchase of the necessary sites for school facilities, the purchase of new buses and vehicles, and the retrofitting of buses and vehicles with emergency, safety, or security equipment, and the levying of a tax sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds and the cost of any credit agreements."

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes up to $764,745,000 in bonds for school facilities, sites, and new or retrofitted buses and vehicles, and a tax to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not authorize these bonds.
