AN AD VALOREM TAX NOT TO EXCEED THE LESSER OF THE RATE LEVIED BY THE CITY OF SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS OR $1.00 PER $100 VALUATION OF TAXABLE PROPERTY
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes a district property tax of up to the City of San Antonio's rate or $1.00 per $100 valuation, whichever is lower.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize the district property tax.
