THE ISSUANCE OF $17,947,828 BONDS FOR ROADS AND THE LEVY OF TAXES, WITHOUT LIMIT AS TO RATE OR AMOUNT, SUFFICIENT TO PAY THE PRINCIPAL OF AND INTEREST ON THE BONDS

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes the district to issue $17,947,828 in bonds for roads, repaid by taxes without limit as to rate or amount.
