THE ISSUANCE OF $8,973,914 BONDS FOR REFUNDING ROAD BONDS OF THE DISTRICT AND THE LEVY OF TAXES, WITHOUT LIMIT AS TO RATE OR AMOUNT, SUFFICIENT TO PAY THE PRINCIPAL OF AND INTEREST ON THE BONDS

A yes vote authorizes the district to issue $8,973,914 in bonds for refunding the district's road bonds, repaid by taxes without limit as to rate or amount.

A “No” vote means
