THE ISSUANCE OF $13,089,238 BONDS FOR WATERWORKS, SANITARY SEWER, AND DRAINAGE AND STORM SEWER SYSTEMS AND THE LEVY OF TAXES, WITHOUT LIMIT AS TO RATE OR AMOUNT, SUFFICIENT TO PAY THE PRINCIPAL OF AND INTEREST ON THE BONDS
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes the district to issue $13,089,238 in bonds for water, sewer and drainage systems, repaid by taxes without limit as to rate or amount.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize these bonds.
