THE ISSUANCE OF $10,000,000 BONDS FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OR GRANT AGREEMENTS TO PROMOTE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE DISTRICT AND THE LEVY OF TAXES, WITHOUT LIMIT AS TO RATE OR AMOUNT, SUFFICIENT TO PAY THE PRINCIPAL OF AND INTEREST ON THE BONDS

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes the district to issue $10,000,000 in bonds for economic development or grant agreements, repaid by taxes without limit as to rate or amount.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not authorize these bonds.
