Confirming the creation of Brewster County Emergency Services District No. 2 and authorizing the imposition of a tax not to exceed the rate allowed by Section 48-e, Article III, Texas Constitution.
A “Yes” vote means
A vote for confirms the creation of Emergency Services District No. 2 and lets it levy a tax up to the rate the Texas Constitution allows for such districts.
A “No” vote means
A vote against means the district is not created and no such tax is authorized.
