THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. The issuance of $675,000,000 bonds for roads and for refunding road bonds of the District, and the levy of taxes, without limit as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes up to $675,000,000 in road and road refunding bonds, repaid by district property taxes, replacing $71,250,000 in unissued 2023 road bonds.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the new road bond authorization.
