THIS IS A TAX INCREASE; the issuance of $375,000,000 bonds for water, wastewater and drainage system facilities, and the levy of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes $375,000,000 in bonds for water, wastewater and drainage facilities, repaid by district property taxes.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects Proposition C.
