THIS IS A TAX INCREASE; the issuance of $215,000,000 bonds for roads, and the levy of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes $215,000,000 in road bonds, repaid by district property taxes.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects Proposition D.
