Shall the City’s Charter Article I through VII, except Article VI, Utilities Board, of the City of Brownsville, be amended to revise or eliminate provisions that have been superseded by state law and to update or eliminate archaic language to current usage?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote revises or removes charter provisions superseded by state law and updates archaic language (Articles I–VII, except Article VI).

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves those charter provisions as they are.
