Authorizing the creation of the of the Carson County Assistance District 1, and the imposition of a sales and use tax at the rate of 1.75 percent for purpose of financing the operations of the district.
A “Yes” vote means
A vote for creates Carson County Assistance District 1 (the county outside its five towns) and imposes a 1.75 percent sales and use tax to finance the district's operations.
A “No” vote means
A vote against does not create the district or impose the tax.
