CONFIRMATION OF THE CREATION OF CASS COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT #9 AND THE LEVY BY THE DISTRICT OF A TAX OF UP TO TEN CENTS ON EACH $100 OF THE TAXABLE VALUE OF PROPERTY TAXABLE BY THE DISTRICT.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote confirms the creation of Cass County Emergency Services District No. 9 and lets it levy a property tax of up to 10 cents per $100 of taxable value.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not confirm the district's creation or authorize the tax.
