THIS IS A TAX INCREASE; the issuance of bonds in the amount of $60,000,000 for street improvements and the levy of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes Anna to issue $60 million in bonds for street improvements, with taxes to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize these bonds.
