THIS IS A TAX INCREASE; The issuance of $271,650,000 in bonds and the levy of ad valorem taxes, without limit as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal and interest on said bonds

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes Blue Meadow MUD No. 2 to issue $271,650,000 in bonds, with a property tax to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not authorize these bonds.
