THIS IS A TAX INCREASE; the issuance of $600,000,000 in bonds for college facilities used for workforce training, career and technical education, and academic instruction, and the levy of taxes sufficient to pay the principal and interest on the bonds.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes Collin College to issue $600 million in bonds for workforce training, career and technical, and academic facilities, with taxes to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize these bonds.
