THIS IS A TAX INCREASE; The issuance of $475,000,000 bonds for the purpose of designing, developing, constructing, renovating, improving, extending, expanding and maintaining non-tolled roads and bridges within Collin County, including the acquisition of land and rights-of-way therefor, and the levy of a tax sufficient to pay principal and interest thereon.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes $475 million in county bonds for non-tolled roads and bridges, including land and rights-of-way, with a tax to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not authorize these bonds.
