THIS IS A TAX INCREASE; The issuance of $40,000,000 bonds for the purpose of designing, developing, constructing, and equipping a new County elections and storage facility, including election department offices, election training, election storage, County records, historical documents and equipment storage, and the levy of a tax sufficient to pay principal and interest thereon.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes $40 million in county bonds for a new elections and storage facility, with a tax to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize these bonds.
