THIS IS A TAX INCREASE; The Issuance of $74,097,319 Utility Bonds and the Levy of Ad Valorem Taxes Adequate to Provide for the Payment of the Utility Bonds by The Preserve Municipal Utility District of Collin County
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes the district to issue $74,097,319 in utility bonds, with property taxes to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize these bonds.
