THIS IS A TAX INCREASE; The Issuance of $29,501,464 Road Refunding Bonds and the Levy of Ad Valorem Taxes Adequate to Provide for the Payment of the Road Refunding Bonds by The Preserve Municipal Utility District of Collin County

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes the district to issue $29,501,464 in road refunding bonds, with property taxes to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not authorize these refunding bonds.
