THIS IS A TAX INCREASE The issuance of $25,500,000 general obligation bonds for street improvements in the Wylie Downtown Historic District and Ballard/Sachse Road and the imposition of a tax sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes Wylie to issue $25.5 million in bonds for street improvements downtown and on Ballard/Sachse Road, with a tax to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize these bonds.
