THIS IS A TAX INCREASE The issuance of $22,500,000 general obligation bonds for park and recreation facilities at Founders Park, Community Park, East Fork Park and Avalon Lake Park, the acquisition of land for future park facilities, the renovation of an existing city building for a parks building and the imposition of a tax sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes Wylie to issue $22.5 million in bonds for four parks, land for future parks and a parks building, with a tax to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not authorize these bonds.
