THIS IS A TAX INCREASE The issuance of $5,500,000 general obligation bonds for a public works complex, the renovation of an existing city building for a public works building and the imposition of a tax sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes Wylie to issue $5.5 million in bonds for a public works complex and building, with a tax to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not authorize these bonds.
