THIS IS A TAX INCREASE The issuance of $12,000,000 general obligation bonds for an animal shelter and the imposition of a tax sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes Wylie to issue $12 million in bonds for an animal shelter, with a tax to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize these bonds.
