THIS IS A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE. The issuance of $3,000,000 of bonds for the construction, acquisition, renovation, rehabilitation, expansion, improvement and equipment of athletic stadium facilities in the District (including football, baseball and softball stadium improvements), and the levy and imposition of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.
A “Yes” vote means
A "for" vote authorizes Weimar ISD to issue $3,000,000 in bonds for football, baseball and softball stadium improvements, and to levy taxes to repay them.
A “No” vote means
An "against" vote rejects these bonds and the tax to repay them.
