THIS IS A TAX INCREASE The issuance of $585,000,000 bonds for water, sanitary sewer, and drainage and storm sewer systems, including refunding bonds, and the levy of taxes, without limit as to rate, sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes the district to issue $585,000,000 in bonds, including refunding bonds, for water, sewer and drainage systems, with taxes without limit as to rate to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize these bonds.
