THIS IS A TAX INCREASE The issuance of $196,500,000 bonds for roads, including refunding bonds, and the levy of taxes, without limit as to rate, sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds

A yes vote authorizes the district to issue $196,500,000 in bonds, including refunding bonds, for roads, with taxes without limit as to rate to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not authorize these bonds.
