THIS IS A TAX INCREASE The provisions of the contract between Comal County Water Improvement District No. 3B and Comal County Water Improvement District No. 3 Master District, including the levy of taxes, without limit as to rate, sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on bonds issued by Comal County Water Improvement District No. 3 Master District, including refunding bonds, in the maximum aggregate amount of $1,486,000,000, for certain regional water, sewer, and drainage facilities, all as defined and provided in said contract
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote approves the contract with the Master District, including taxes without rate limit to pay up to $1,486,000,000 in its bonds for regional water, sewer and drainage facilities.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not approve the contract provisions.
