Shall Charter Section 3.01 be amended to establish term limits for the offices of Councilmember and Mayor, limiting service in each office to no more than four consecutive terms?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote limits the mayor and each councilmember to no more than four consecutive terms in each office.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves the charter without these term limits.
