Shall Charter Sections 4.05, 6.04, and 6.05 be amended to provide that the municipal judge is appointed by the city council rather than elected?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote has the city council appoint the municipal judge instead of voters electing the judge.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps the municipal judge an elected office.
