Shall Charter Section 5.09 be amended to dissolve the existing Permanent Cemetery Fund and create a Cemetery Endowment Fund and a Cemetery Street Fund with specified uses and allocations?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote dissolves the Permanent Cemetery Fund and creates a Cemetery Endowment Fund and a Cemetery Street Fund with specified uses and allocations.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps the existing Permanent Cemetery Fund.
