The question, as printed on the ballot
Shall Charter Section 7.01 be amended to reduce the petition requirement for an initiated ordinance from fifteen (15) percent to ten (10) percent of qualified and registered city voters?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lowers the petition requirement for an initiated ordinance from 15% to 10% of qualified and registered city voters.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps the 15% requirement.
