Shall Charter Section 7.05 be amended to require the city council to order an initiative or referendum election within sixty (60) days of its final vote, with the election held on the earliest date permitted by the Texas Election Code?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote requires the council to order an initiative or referendum election within 60 days of its final vote, held on the earliest date state law allows.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves Charter Section 7.05 unchanged.
