The question, as printed on the ballot
Shall Charter Section 7.08 be amended to reduce the petition signature requirement for a recall election from thirty (30) percent to twenty-five (25) percent of qualified and registered voters?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lowers the signatures needed for a recall election from 30% to 25% of qualified and registered voters.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps the 30% requirement.
