Shall Charter Section 7.10 be amended to require the city council to order a recall election within sixty (60) days of petition submission or public hearing, with the election held on the earliest date permitted by the Texas Election Code?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote requires the council to order a recall election within 60 days of petition submission or public hearing, held on the earliest date state law allows.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves Charter Section 7.10 unchanged.
