Shall the Charter be amended throughout to correct non-substantive clerical errors such as misspellings and typographical errors, without altering the substantive meaning or legal effect of any provision?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote corrects misspellings and other clerical errors throughout the charter without changing any provision's meaning or legal effect.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves those errors uncorrected.
