THIS IS A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE. THE ISSUANCE OF REFUNDING BONDS OF THE LORENZO INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $930,000 FOR THE PURPOSE OF REFUNDING THE DISTRICT'S MAINTENANCE TAX NOTES, SERIES 2026, AND LEVYING AND IMPOSITION OF TAXES SUFFICIENT TO PAY THE PRINCIPAL OF AND INTEREST ON THE BONDS AND THE COSTS OF ANY CREDIT AGREEMENTS.

A “Yes” vote means

A vote for authorizes Lorenzo ISD to issue up to $930,000 in bonds to refund its Series 2026 maintenance tax notes, with property taxes to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A vote against does not authorize these refunding bonds.
