THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. RATIFYING THE AD VALOREM TAX RATE OF $ 0.7954 PER $100 VALUATION IN LORENZO INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE CURRENT YEAR, A RATE THAT WILL RESULT IN AN INCREASE OF 0 PERCENT IN MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS TAX REVENUE FOR THE DISTRICT FOR THE CURRENT YEAR AS COMPARED TO THE PRECEDING YEAR, WHICH IS AN ADDITIONAL $0.

A “Yes” vote means

A vote for ratifies Lorenzo ISD's $0.7954 per $100 tax rate, which the ballot says results in a 0 percent ($0) increase in maintenance and operations tax revenue.

A “No” vote means

A vote against does not ratify the $0.7954 rate.
