THIS IS A TAX INCREASE - The provisions of the Brookfield Water Control and Improvement District of Denton County ("District") Fire Protection Plan and the Fire Protection and Emergency Ambulance Services Agreement between the District and Denton County, Texas, implementation of the Fire Protection Plan, and the levy and collection of ad valorem taxes for fire protection services for the District.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote approves the district's fire protection plan and fire/ambulance agreement with Denton County, and a property tax for fire protection services.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the fire protection plan and the property tax for fire protection services.
