Termination of the Hickory Creek Economic Development Corporation, and the adoption of a local sales and use tax in the Town of Hickory Creek at the rate of one and three-quarters percent (1.75%).
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote ends the Hickory Creek Economic Development Corporation and adopts a town sales and use tax at a 1.75% rate.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps the Economic Development Corporation and does not adopt the 1.75% town sales tax.
