THIS IS A TAX INCREASE An operation and maintenance tax for facilities authorized by Article XVI, Section 59, of the Texas Constitution, not to exceed one dollar and twenty cents ($1.20) per one hundred dollars ($100) valuation of taxable property
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes an operation and maintenance property tax of up to $1.20 per $100 valuation for the district's facilities.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize the operation and maintenance tax.
